LIMPID Corp. treats the personal information of its users with care and complies with all applicable laws.
LIMPID Corp. (hereinafter the "Company") establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in order to protect the personal information of its users and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable laws.
This website operates without any membership registration procedure, and the Company does not use automated devices (such as cookies) to collect the personal information of users through this website.
01Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection
The Company may collect the following personal information in the course of a user making an inquiry or a proposal by email, telephone, or other means.

- Reviewing partnership or cooperation proposals and contacting the proposer
- Reviewing job applications and providing related information
03Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved. However, where retention is required under applicable laws, the information is kept for the period prescribed by those laws.
04Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company processes the personal information of users only within the scope specified in Article 2 (Purposes of Processing Personal Information) above, and does not provide it to third parties without the prior consent of the user. The following cases are exceptions.
- Where the user has given prior consent
- Where required by the provisions of applicable laws, or where an investigative agency makes a request for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law
05Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company does not currently outsource the processing of users' personal information to any external party. Should outsourcing become necessary in the future, the Company will disclose the outsourced party and the details of the outsourced work through this Policy.
06Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Users may exercise the following rights against the Company at any time.
- Request to access personal information
- Request to correct errors, if any
- Request to delete
- Request to suspend processing
These rights may be exercised in writing, by email, or by other means, and the Company will act on such requests without delay. Rights may also be exercised through a representative, such as the data subject's legal representative or a duly authorized agent.
07Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as upon the expiry of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose, the Company destroys the personal information without delay.
- Information in electronic file form : permanently deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible
- Information recorded on paper documents : shredded or incinerated
08Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
- Administrative measures : minimizing the number of personnel handling personal information, and training them
- Technical measures : access control for devices storing personal information, and operation of antivirus software
- Physical measures : access control for the places where personal information is kept

The Company has designated a Chief Privacy Officer as set out below, who oversees all work related to the processing of personal information and handles complaints and remedies for damages raised by data subjects in connection with such processing.

11Amendment of This Privacy Policy
If the contents of this Privacy Policy are added to, deleted, or modified, the Company will give notice through this website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
