Rhinobox, which operates Korea's leading pet food platform 'Saladpet', announced that it has changed its corporate name to LIMPID Corp.
On the 4th, LIMPID said it is strengthening its analysis and solutions based on feed and health data and, on the strength of its palatability and allergy data and its veterinary nutrition expertise, is redefining itself as a pet food technology company rather than a feed app, making a fresh start under the LIMPID name.
As part of that expansion, the company launched the premium complete-diet brand 'TrustyFood' in August. Unlike private-label products from commerce companies, TrustyFood is built by analyzing the feeding records users leave on the Saladpet platform and applying premix solutions from the company's own veterinary nutrition laboratory, addressing unmet consumer needs around palatability and allergies.
LIMPID said, "By combining the palatability and allergy data accumulated on the platform with the feed-veterinary database we have built, we intend to advance nutrition standards across the Korean feed market, upstream and downstream, through a complete-diet brand and B2B premix solutions."
Founded in 2020, LIMPID operates Saladpet, a leading Korean app for feed and pet food health care, and plans to expand into pet food brands and premix solutions for feed manufacturers on the strength of its technology and expertise.
