Rhinobox, which operates the pet food health care platform app 'Saladpet', announced on the 6th the launch of 'Nutrition Missions', a service that lets users earn points while managing their animal's nutrition and health.
According to Rhinobox, the service allows Saladpet users to look after their animal's health through nutrition and health management while earning rewards that discount purchases of food and supplies.
Saladpet users earn nutrition points by completing missions such as 'get a tailored nutrition analysis', 'check the healthy feeding amount', 'take a nutrition checkup' and 'record a diet you have tried'. The points collected can be used like cash toward food and supplies in the 'Salpet Market'.
In addition, the weekly 'Nutrition Handful Quiz', posted every Monday, covers knowledge useful for companion animal nutrition and health management, letting users pick up both information and nutrition points.
A Rhinobox representative said, "This is not a service for buying popular diets cheaply. It is about helping more animals eat a diet suited to their health and receive proper nutritional care. Starting with Nutrition Missions, we will attach value to nutrition and health management and build a foundation for pet food health care."
